Good food, great customer service and a pretty cool staff that is not afraid to give you some pointers.

Order was not correct and service was bad. It was not busy at all.There was obviously enough staff, but the 5 of them stood around and talked. Yet I sat for 20min with everyone at my table. Drinks were empty and the people behind us had the same problem. No drinks no napkins and slow service. My kids especially did'nt enjoy the hot sauce as apposed to barbeque.

Customer service is horrible. It takes more than 20 minutes for any kind of food to come out. NOT RECOMMENDED. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to.

Ft. Bliss location: service was sub-par and so was the food (it came a little cold). Had to wait over 10 minutes for my first drink refill. No pleasantries from the waitress; definitely wasn't happy with my experience but seriously hope the next time the service picks up substantially (I've had better service from McDonald's).
