Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Friendly staff. Favour was awesome! Her interaction with everyone eating in house put the service level over the top. I can honestly say I will stop in again when on that side of town.

Have tried them twice. Not sure what sauce they put on the Ruben but it wasn't what other Arby's use. Having been a GM at a franchise Arby's in Montana. It was disturbing. I had to keep myself from jumping on the line to help them out. If you are going to have the slicer visible you have to keep it wiped down at all times. The meat was too thick as well. Love the decor, with a small sitting area you have to keep the tables clean. Running out of sauces is also a huge over site. No one was directing the line and food was taking forever both times we we're in. Good food fast was missing. Actually watched a staff scrape fries from the prep table to the floor rather than into a trash can/waste bucket. For a brand new store.the culture is headed the wrong way. Not a smile could be seen on the line. No manager in sight.

Went the second day they were open, very impressed with service. Very helpful cashier, offered suggestions and very patient. Gave me the cups for my drinks and by the time I made it to the soda machine my food was ready for 4 people. Then I believe,  the general manager helped me carry out my order to my car. Keep it up guys better than the other location we go to.

Slow. 18 minutes to get our food with almost no one in the place. Food was average Arbys food.

Order was taken and we sat down and waited. There was three other families in front of us. Everyone else got their food and we waited some more. After waiting 15 minutes, I went up asked of they were still working on the order. Three bored employees were standing around with there hands in their pockets. Another young lady who who was working the drive through apologized and finished putting together the order - except they forgot one sandwich. I called it to there attention and they did fix it. But I was not impressed.

Haven't eaten at Arby's in quite some time. Quite surprised by the menu options. Had the French Dip which was really good. Bread nice and soft.
