When you come to order 30 mins before close and they tell you that it’s gonna be 20 mins for them to cook some more chicken tenders as if they want you to tell them “no it’s okay “ seriously you have a long ass line of people waiting to order common sense is to drop more chicken. It doesn’t hurt you to make your customers happy. None the less I would have given them NO stars since they think it’s too much to drop food ans have it ready

I would have gave this place a 5 star until yesterday. One of the team members spit in my drink and the manager Josh only could offer me a free meal and a sad story about it only being the girls 3rd day. I couldn't believe what I had seen before my eyes. It hurt to know such a young girl would even do that like wow. I won't be eating there nor anywhere else i'll make my own food and drink there is no excuse for what was done.

I have used this location numerous times for takeout. The location is easy to get in and out of. And they have a single-lane to start the drive-thru but dual-lane on the pickup side. The food is always been hot and they've always got the correct order.

Best fish I've had in a long time. I took a chance and tried the fish at a chicken place it was great, however the bisquits were hard and nasty so go with the rolls and oh don't forget the sweet tea get a Gallon.

Last Chicken Express i had was at the Grapevine location and it was great! Today... They got my order wrong plus i could tell it was the left overs since i got the 30 before closing time. Disappointing. The chicken also tasted old.....
