The restaurant is clean. The prices are ok the orange cream shake was delicious. The gyro almost looks like a gyro but tasted nothing like a gyro I’ve ever had. Very consistent business at 7:30pm but not a big line and not a big wait.

Now I don't frequent Arby's as there aren't many around and everyone talks trash about them, but this is a mess. Looks like they started renovations and paused due to COVID, but I'm only guessing. I ordered quite a bit of food to try everything,but nothing really special. They have so many menu items that they don't really do any single one well. Also they seem to be understaffed or maybe they don't get enough customers to warrant a full staff. It's midday on a Saturday and I had to wait for the Drive thru personnel to come and take our order.

Got a nice order. Spent $65. Got home, discovered that I was given 3 large orders of REFRIES!!!  All of the fries went straight in the garage. After a certain amount of time, these fries were supposed to go in the garbage. Instead, the night crew fried them again and served them to me. Wow! I come regularly. Don’t know when I’ll be back. That wasn’t a mistake. They tried to get over on me. Not appreciated.

Place is ok. Staff always tends to get at least 1 item wrong every time we go - and it's never the same person.  Generally the food is good but today the fries were overdone and we tried out their new burger. Not worth the price.  But, thr new pork sandwich was delicious .Food: 3/5

The food was okay. The place was clean. The customer service needs improvement. I was about to tell him my order when another person came in and he skipped me to help the other guy. Then acted as if he was doing me a favor by helping me. Not once did he smile or even look in my direction. And he didn't thank me for my order. I can choose any place to eat but I chose to try Arby's because a friend suggested. I will need to have a great reason to go back.

Arby's just hits  right everytime.  We actually ordered mozzarella sticks.  They were amazing.  So fresh and of course we ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches that were deelish!!! The server was a young kid and he couldn't have been more pleasant friendly helpful and kind. I wish all fast food places had dillegent caring workers like Arby's. 5 's!

This sunrise highway lindenhurst New York location is terrible. Has gone downhill since it opened.  I tried the burger and it turned out not worth the money a total rip-off. Burger King's Whopper is better for half the price. REALLY ARBY'S!!!

If your not hungry then don’t bother eating here. This place is very expensive and the food isn’t great either. The inside doesn’t look that bad besides some dirty tables and ripped seats. Food was as expected no complaints, service pleasant.  Soda station a little disheveled, no ketchup in dispenser.  Walking through the empty taco bar/storage and worn booths was a poor way to begin and end 'the experience' .Food: 3/5

This is a fairly new location. They have excellent service and the food is freshly made.  There are a lot of options and they are a healthier alternative to other fast food places.Food: 5/5
