This place had the worst service I have experienced in quite some time. The girl behind the counter was beyond rude. Both girls ad ZERO personality. Food was ok.

What a joke!!!! I eat at the Plainview Subway yesterday and ordered 2 footlong hams one with deluxe meat and the other was regular. We had 2 medium sodas and 2 cookies and it all totaled just under $ 27.00. Now I order 1 footlong ham deluxe and get charged 13.30 for it....I will never ever go there and order. Please be aware of the over charging!!!!!
This owner / manager is quite cheap and unethical . He declines to put veggies on my sandwich saying that there’s only so much he can put on there . Although what I had asked was regular quantity that I always get from subways since a very long time . Never encountered such a person . I think he should own his own restaurant with his own rules rather than using Subway Franchise . Just don’t go here !! Read all the one start reviews and they will all pretty much say the same . Beware !!
Terrible customer service by the owner every time I come in try’s to act passive aggressive and constantly asks if I want extra turkey what a joke of a business they do not know how speak to customers greedy Indians they also try to overcharge compared to other subways near by

This subway is very clean and the employees are so warm and welcoming. My sandwich was great nice and hot! While my veggies were crisp, crunchy & fresh! The guy making my sandwich convinced me that if I was hungry I should sit and eat lol. Gave me a free cookie I thought that was very important Keep up the good customer service.
They charge extra for veggies and pick and choose what coupons to except. Then says "I'll take it this time but no one takes coupons anymore" I use to get lunch here all the time even with the up charge. But I will never return to this place again. I'll take my money somewhere else thank you.
Wow, what a horrible manager! Just went to pick up an order that my wife place online. Waited 5 minutes, and they placed the bag on the counter and said “your orders ready”. I took it home…all wrong. Went back to get yelled at by the crazy manager asking why I took that order she gave me, and that I should have known it was not mine…last time we go there! She needs customer service training.
If i could give them zero stars i would....i told the lady i wanted extra onions and she told me no i cant have them....then she kept asking me if i wanted any other toppings and i told her i would like some extra onions and she told me no....i have been going to subway for 30 years and i have never had anybody tell me no when i asked for something, not only that but this place charges more than other subways in the area......NEVER AGAIN! AND I WISH I NEVER WALKED IN THERE I THE FIRST PLACE.....AWFUL JUST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
