Since the opening of this location, the staff has always been super friendly, welcoming and suggestive. They are very clean and well organized. You can feel positive energy once you walk through the door. We all know tropical smoothie Cafe has tasty food and great smoothies. If you truly would like a treat try the peanut butter crunch wrap. I love walking into this location. I am glad they opened up right down the street from my photography studio flawlessdigitalphotos The owner of this location is very caring and engaging with the staff and customers. Thank you for a great experience! One of the staff members suggested I download their app. Totally worth it. I got a free smoothie.
Too loud, come on nobody would sit to eas Food ok, smoothie are great Wait staff not enough people working there But the huge plus, they never stopped worked thru it all and came out with what we needed good job people who work there young and got the job done, good to see the youn staff try and know they were behind but its not there fault Hope to go back
They really need some help , I truly don’t blame the workers but management. They look like they are over worked and tired of being there. My wife got a three cheese chicken Quesadilla and it came out to be just cheese in a wrap , no chicken , no sauce or sour cream. Now let’s look at my chicken pesto sandwich it should just be a a pesto and cheese. I mean really 2 pieces of chicken? Ridiculous. Management pay your workers more or higher more people you guys need Jesus.
Happy Hour in the morning is available until 10am Monday - Saturday! They offer half priced smoothies, but it's in cafe only. I love seeing the staff every morning when I grab my smoothie on my way to work! Great location!
It’s so disappointing to see 3 teenagers trying to run a business alone without any management. Every single time I come here, especially the drive through, I’m waiting at least 20 minutes simply just because they’re under staffed. Whenever I go inside I see these workers are drained and over worked. Where is the management? Where is the effort to try to make this place better and more efficient? Where is the care for these workers? Where is the help?
everytime I order from this place they NEVER get my order right, I always have to request refunds on missing items and I hate doing it but how is it possible I have never had 1 good order where I'm not missing things?? I've come here to complain about other issues with this tropical smoothie before but this is just ridiculous at this point this place has been open for a few years now and hasn't gotten their act together, DO BETTER!! I'm extremely disappointed!! if I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would
Ive come to this location about 5 times & each and every time it has gotten worse. The wait times are ridiculous. On this my 5th & last visit ever I am waiting nearly 1/2 an hour for a shake & i still havent received it. If it wasnt for the fact that they already took my money I would leave. Absolutely terrible service.
Friendly morning crew that is very quick. If you come from open until 10am, ordering inside or at the drivethru will get you 1/2 off on smoothies!
The greatest thing happened to me today. We visited and Nick helped us. They should make him manager and give him a raise.
Lexi and David are awesome! Always helpful with my order and suggestions to make my smoothie better!!!
