The best SubWay stand in the area. Clean, helpful, customer oriented. Owned and operated by a delightful hard working couple. Owner always greets the regular customers by name. He often offers a discount or a free cookie. I think some of the negative reviews listed here are by mistake. Other stands in the area can be hit or miss. This particular SubWay location consistently, without fail, always offers attentive service and a quality product.
horrible custmer service...employee was keep saying he is not even getting minimum wage so hes relying on tip..other custmer was feeling stuck while was listening him.. ..how he wasnt getting minimum wage that was point of concern.he was so slow and wasnt makinga nice sandwich fot other custmer ..was using register and not even changing gloves while making...when i asked to change then he was so rude and deny to make my sandwich. then a lady came and she helped...

Tucked away in a corner of this shopping center dominated by an Aldi and a huge gym. Pretty sure this is a family run business. Very friendly and patient counter people.

Customer service in this store it’s nowhere to be found you can find yourself waiting for your food 10-20 mins when subway shouldn’t take more than. 6-8 mins for food to be ready.first time here was the same thing a very long wait for no reason what so ever.
This Subway does not offer the standard Subway deals. I think it's privately owned. So they charge more then regular Subway's, which confused me at first because they kept telling me "those deals" expired. Then I would go to the other Subway's around this location, they all had the regular specials.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I go in to wait on line and automatically the woman is complaining publicly about a previous coworker. When I finally started my order, the apparent manager woman who wasn't even dressed in hat or uniform rudely took my order in the middle of a personal phone call on the store's phone. After waiting all that time, I order my meatball sub only to find that they're out of meatballs, which was a surprise to this star manager of theirs. She offered to heat up some meatballs for me so of course I thought that they would be fresh meatballs. Instead, she filled a small black bin with frozen solid meatballs and had the nerve to put them in the microwave. Eventually, when I finally got to my house after this terrible experience, the meatballs were cold and my appetite was ruined. I didn't even want to return to that trash filled store with dirty tables and stacked baskets and trays on the garbage can, so I went out of my way to the subway in copiague and had a much better experience. Terrible manager and store overall.
Clean, neat, and the employees are extremely thoughtful. They asked me, very politely, to wait a moment while they finished an order for a vegetarian customer as not to potentially get any meat on their order. I will come back to this store often!
There is a sign that says inform of allergy's in this location, but at first the man making my sandwich ignored my request. After waiting about 5 minutes for him to make sandwiches for people that aren't even in the store he decided to listen to my request. I probably won't be returning to this location because of that experience, but the subs that were made seemed satisfactory to my family.
