First time going here and I was impressed; clean salon and Donna was very courteous. Most importantly my brows came out perfect. I’m definitely going back.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years. Never been this disappointed. Unskilled technician - eyebrows are uneven, one is higher than the other, one more curved than the other. She also did it so severely that there is no room to go back and fix. I tried to point out the mistakes but she simply said I wasn’t “used to seeing my eyebrows” after a trimming. 

The ladies were nice, don’t get me wrong, but niceness doesn’t make up for having ugly eyebrows for 2-3 weeks before they grow out again. 

Do not recommend.

I got my eyebrows threaded by Donna and she was amazing. I was a bit nervous about threading my brows because I’ve heard that it hurts a lot by numerous people but she was very patient with me. She made sure I was calm and everything. Brows looked amazing after

BEWARE: they will behave as though they are going the extra mile for you, without saying it'll cost additional money, then try to charge you extra at the register and make no apology for it. The person who deals with the payments will say, "Oh, well, at least you'll know for next time". Her attitude was shocking. I found the service I experienced a big turn-off. I will never recommend Arc to my friends, family, neighbors or colleagues again.

I have been coming here for about a year now and I only go to Buja . She is amazing , and thorough. She makes sure she gets EVERY HAIR! While she is waxing you. She holds a conversation to make you forget about the pain. Amazing service from her.
