Large selection but terrible customer service.  They seem to actively NOT want to help you with routine questions about promotions and locations of different styles. I thought I was speaking with an associate so I asked for the manager and found out that I was in fact speaking to a manager. Everybody has bad days but really, try to keep it professional.
