This rite aid is always so slow. There is basically only one employee at a time. We waited 15 minutes for ice cream. Yummy ice cream though.

The pharmacy is a little busy / slow at times, but I'm deeply grateful that the pharmacist refused to refill my wife's antibiotics when she was experiencing side effects that could have become really serious very quickly. The store is pretty well run, clean and we'll set out. Mostly it's quite quiet so when the get busy it can take a while as they don't seem to have the staff to open up all the cashier's posts.

Never crowded. Staff is helpful. There is always valuable items in the clearance bins

I recently moved my prescriptions from the Walgreens that is two block from my house in Valley Village, to the Rite Aid a half a mile down the road. I couldn't be happier. Less wait, personable staff. At the pharmacist's suggestion, she worked with me to get all 10 of my medications on the same refill schedule. Now I don't have to waste my time standing line three times a month. I only had to ask once to have my pills in the small containers as opposed to the large ones that the automated machine at Walgreen dispenses. All in all, I'm very happy to have made the switch. I only wish that I made it sooner.

Horrible customer service. Standing directly in front of the woman at the register asking if they have any Halloween baskets left and completely ignored me while she was using her smartphone. Went over to another register to ask for help and he sent me back to the same lady that was ignoring me the first time around!!!! Rude.... Plain and simple
