All I can say is dont ever move here. Sandra was one of the worst managers. Basically didnt do her job right. Sandra was So disrespectful. Roaches and bedbugs everywhere. Id give ZERO stars if i could.

Whaooooo, guys , sometimes when people are doing a great job, us as residents of that place needs to appreciate it and leave comments so that in future they will continue doing a great and better job... The property manager at Arden Park is totally accountable for all community operations taking place.. this place looks way different then before... it looks beautiful, clean for all day to day...whaoooo ones again thank you for all the maintenance community, appearance and ensure repairs and upgrades in our apartments on timely basic, thanks for the requires regular community inspection, and tours... you guys are doing a Greatttttt!!! Job and making a difference from neighbors... Thank you... keep on keeping on... I will give you 5 Stars, for real....

I moved in and first night there i found out they had roaches and barely tried to solve the problem by exterminating just my apartment. They then moved me to a new apartment when they still had a roach infestation. All of the tenants seem used to the idea of the bugs when I mentioned them. Management didnt seem concerned or embarassed about the infestation. I was told to spray them if i saw any. I took pictures and got out of there as soon as possible. Worst first apartment experience for me and it was heartbreaking.

The worst apartments ever 1:roaches everywhere 2: the manager Sandra is a horrible person 3: racism 4 : bed bugs 5: racist lady lives their 6: the kids 7: the manager doesn't care about if something isn't working or The carpet.she only cares about the Rent. if you pay she sends you a paper through mail that you have'nt paid rent.sandra you Should get fired your the worst Yolanda was better. Hope you Get fired.

POVERTY, AND THE CENTRALIZED LOCATION. THIS IS A VERY CONVIENENT LOCATION AS IT COMES TO AREAS FOR THOSE WHO ARE STILL USING THE GREENER MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION. FROM COTTON AND FULTON YOU CAN CATCH 25, THAT WILL TAKE YOU OUT TO CARMICHAEL, (MANZINITA, FAIROAKS, THEN FURTHER TO SUNRISE MALL) You can even transer fo the e-bus there which are the Roosevelle transit system) RT FAIRES ARE NOT APPLICATION ONCE YOU TRY TO LEAVE THE BUSSES IN ROOSEVILLE BUT THERE TRANSIT BUSSES WILL MOSTLY WAVE THE ENTRANCE FEE WHEN FIRST BORDING FROM SAC TO ROOSEVILLE. ANY TRANSFERS AFTER THAT HAVE TO BE PAID IN THE AMOUNT OF FAIRES THAT ARE REQAUIRED BY ROOSEVILLE. TRANSIT.) 321-BUSS. REGIONAL TRANSIT SYSTEMS
