I have been here over a year and this is a nice clean park. Management is always helpful, plenty of shade, well maintained and they are always making improvements. No strangers or thieving either. I leave for days at a time and have had no problems.

Warning!!! Stay away from this place!! The staff is rude, mean, and Crazy!!! The manager will stalk you fence to find thing to complain about and send his lackey to do it!! The rules changed with in 5 minutes and was use as a threat to ask us to leave!! And this started at 8am!!! This place is its name sake!! They only want your money and they do that by making you pay all up front when you reserve the spot and then say no refunds because you didn't follow the rules!!! You will not get a relaxing vacation here and forget having fun with your family!! Skid Row has better manners then this place!!!

Very nice grounds, with a lot of shade trees. Cars are parked on road in front of each spot. This makes it hard to back trailer into spot. We have a 35 foot overall trailer. Manager was very rude when I first came to park my extra vehicle for which I was charged quite a bit. Noise from freeway can also be a problem.

Stay away from this place, fellow RVers! The maintenance man, Bruce, is a rude and arrogant liar. After 3 phone calls, he finally picked up and told me that a monthly space would be available the following month. The following month came and he said there are no spaces month and again, told me to call back the following month. I did not want to call back again because I knew he was just messing with me, but my work place is very close by and so I called again. He said there were no spaces available, which was not true because I saw many spaces available when I passed by. What an envious lying prick. I'm so glad I never stayed there for a month as seeing his face would ruin each day for me.

I'm a long-termer here and enjoy every moment of it. The fact that eachievement space has its own privacy fence,maintenance is awesome,the pond area with the Beautiful plants and park landscaping well I really couldn't ask for more of a peaceful environment. Management is great at making sure that our Park remains safe and clean every moment of every day. I do wish that the laundry room was upgraded and that we had a heated pool for the amt. that we pay that really would be a great perk.
