Great Park for kids and to make the best birthday party for any age. Pro it's a great place to ride bikes, basketball court, bathrooms are in descent shape, set up birthday partys, gives space to have multiple occasion going on and the water park is amazing. Con is there is no pond at all, tires for playground make it super hot but easily reversed with getting wet and playing. Lastly con was a lot of smoke, if you catch my drift from legal to legal sort of and took away perfect to great. Other than that, as a parent would recommend this park for birthdays, family picnics or just getting out for the day for a few hours. Lastly press the center pole on top in the front it will activate the splash area. Enjoy.

The park is nice and the splash pad is a good feature, unfortunately on the three occasions that we visited we witnessed a lot of children peeing in public rather than using the restrooms and parents actually telling them to go pee in the splash pad area because they were probably too lazy to take their child to the restroom which is about 15 feet away. Disgusting to say the least, as the splash pad water is recirculated. It's a shame because it is such a nice place.

The park is nice if you want to let your kid play or run through the water. There is some homeless people there and it smells. The bathrooms need to be cleaned.

This is a nice little local water park, kinda hidden away but nice. Today was a good day was a little warm but we had a little breeze and especially enjoyed being able to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday with family.

Seely Park is well maintained, has a great "water park" in the summer for the kids, and BBQ Pits/picnic tables for Parties and picnics. Nice people. Mostly parents with young children, and dog walkers.
