If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was the single worst customer service experience of my life. I'm not kidding. I could have had a far superior experience shopping at Slumberland. We decided to go out of our comfort zone and purchase new furniture for our dining room and living room and then some. We were SO excited until the items arrived damaged, poorly constructed, the wrong items, used items, not as many items as we had ordered AND we even got someone's else's random lamp parts. It was a disaster to try to return anything. They gave me the run around for MONTHS. I ordered in April, instantly started paying for things I had yet to see and the day I received my items in July called to report damage, etc. It took 3-4 different reps at the national level, countless emails with store employees, managers and the regional manager for the returns to go through, again months later. In the end I had to drive the furniture to the store myself only to find that most of the staff who I worked with over 6 months prior were all gone or leaving. THIS COMPANY IS A RACKET. I personally returned the furniture the day the interest on the Arhaus charge card was going to be applied after the company not being responsive to picking it back up after my "approvals for returns" went through. Then they STILL wanted to charge me almost $2000 in interest. I had to exchange my couch that instantly started to sag, the buttons caught on our clothes every time we sat on it and the listed heights with the matching ottoman were not to spec. Finally the things I did keep are not wearing well. The dining table is showing tons of wear after we have been SO careful with tablecloths, placemats, etc. NOT ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE HAS WITHSTOOD A YEAR OF USE. PS you cannot get in touch with the store directly. You get placed on hold for at least over 45 minutes to reach someone in the home office who can't and won't do anything for you anyway. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

Another lesson learned. DO NOT SHOP ARHAUS!! Multiple BAD reviews should of tipped me off me that Arhaus might be a BAD place to shop. Regrettably, I dismissed the reviews because I simply couldn't believe it. I reasoned it was a competitor because surely a store specializing in high level furniture would inherently have great customer service. This has been without a single doubt the WORST experience with any retailer I've encounter at any level. I waited 45 days for delivery (promised 3 weeks) and received my couches( $10,000) dirty. My coffee table ($1800) was cracked. By the way, it is impossible to contact the store or sales person directly. The business card handed to me was a consoling ploy used to imply that I could contact sales person directly if I have any concerns. WRONG!!. The phone number directs callers to their national "concierge' service. I'm deeply troubled with the use of "concierge", because nothing has remotely resembled that level of service. I suspect the store would be inundated if it was possible to reach the store directly. After several calls I was final able to arrange for a table replacement. After waiting another 30 days the new table arrived in worst condition than the first. I finally gave up and asked Arhaus to pickup the damaged table. As of today, I am still waiting. Please do not shop here or I suspect you too will soon be writing a review like mine.

The relationship started out great but by our 3 purchase I have become underwhelmed with the ability of the staff to update client information. I have updated my address with various staff members three times and am still hoping they will get it right so I can receive the credit due to me within one year of earning the credit off of my purchase.

The customer service from this store is less than stellar. If you are ordering custom pieces, it will take much longer than promised. The quality of their pieces does not hold in relation to the prices and don't bother with the extended warranty; they won't cover any defects.
