Seriously great! Best products you can buy in the area. The person who helped us was the best sales rep we have ever had anywhere. He knew EVERYTHING with experience! Our kids had a blast as the employees played instruments for them. I feel like they sold my kids on 1 of each. We will be back very soon!

Such a disappointing experience. I've been to guitar center many times previously and purchased thousands of $ of guitar and drum equipment for family. The store was not busy, but for some reason the salesperson was less than interested in answering my questions or helping me. I left without purchasing and just as confused as I was when we arrived.

I have dealt with two Guitar Centers in this area. I believe it was at this one that I was helped by phone by Chris Yeager. He was awesome and helped me find what I was looking for at another store and had them hold it for me. Awesome customer service! Thank you.

The guys standing around the help desk in the keyboard department have no idea what I am saying anytime I ask them a question about a synthesizer. If you're going to call someone a "synthesizer specialist", you should train them and make sure they have knowledge to back that title up.

Honestly, I like going here to try out new and used gear... but I always wish I spent my money at a local shop instead of Guitar Center. Truly, you encounter much more knowledgeable and far less pushy sales people at local shops - 100% worth the ~5% more you might pay for this experience. Do yourself a favor if you're a beginner - develop a relationship with your local music shop and you'll be much more motivated to play and grow as a musician. I give it 3* because I think GC has the potential to be really good, but they are too focused on the bottom line to truly feel like a place where artists get the tools they need.
