From the friendly and knowledgeable sales staff to the professional delivery team, everything about our experience with Warner’s Stellian was great and seamless!  We knew they would have a great selection to choose from ( we bought a washer/dryer set) and quickly found what we wanted. We got to pick the date of delivery and they came at the beginning of the 2 hour window. I confirmed with a quick text response. Simple and easy. As a bonus, they got me a small part missing from my dishwasher while we were there. We purchased appliances last year for our total kitchen remodel and are very satisfied with them too.

Salesperson was friendly and informative.  If she didn't have the answer then she made every effort to acquire it.  Delivery guys were on time and did a great job getting everything installed quickly and efficiently.  This is my second time purchasing from Warner Stellian and it will be the first place I go when I need any other new appliance.  Just as it was my first place to go this time.

Great sales personnel.  We unknowingly came in close to closing time but were not rushed to complete our order.  Staff walked us through all of our rebate options as well. We had two install dates due to bad wiring in the house but each time the install Techs were professional, knowledgable, and curteous.  I would definitely recommend working with them.

After contemplating our kitchen appliance upgrade project, we ultimately ended up working with the Edina team at Warners' Stellian. I am truly impressed with their staff, their product knowledge, their understanding about the challenges in buying appliances and all the concerns about reliability. "Customer experience" is a high priority for them and if by chance, something does go awry, they do not shy away from dealing with it in a straightforward, efficient, 'we're not happy until you're happy' manner. I am highly impressed with their commitment to customer service and therefore I am a customer for life. 5 stars - so easy to give -thank you Warners' Stellian!

Thank you to Angela & your team for helping us to have chilled food & clean dishes!  We love our new fridge and the delivery person Ethan was very good. He helped me clean my floor underneath - and this was pretty late in the evening - like 7:30 on a Friday night. Also, with our “broken” dishwasher, Angela helped diagnose that it wasn’t our 4-yr-old Bosch that was the problem, but actually our water softener provided by another vendor. We got that fixed and now we are good to go; no new appliance needed. Thank you - we appreciate this type of service very much!
