It's unfortunate that things are priced so high at Lane Bryant. They are basically the only store that sells bras for bigger women and because of that our bank account suffers. The items themselves are good quality. They could do a little better with designing the full coverage bras, not all of us want to wear only black, beige, or white.

Horrible customer service from not one but two employees. My best friend and I went in looking for a specific item and size . When we entered the store there was no greeting. We were in there for 10 minutes and no one asked if we needed help . When we could not find the size we were looking for we went to find someone. And found no one. My best friend stood in the middle of the store and called out for help only then someone came and very irritated asked what we needed. We explained what we needed and she passed us to the other pissy employee who rolled her eyes. She looked on her computer to see if the size we needed was on there. She then proceeded to share with us that there were two other stores that were better. At that moment I looked at her and said "well I was prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars here but that won't be happening" We went to the other stores she mentioned.
