These folks are friendly and knowelageable, trustworthy and fair. Best mechanics I have ever taken my vehicle to. They do what they say and don't try and sell you stuff you don't need! The best!!!

Dependable service and honest folks.  They have worked on all my vehicles.  They not only accurately diagnose issues but they repair them in a timely fashion and the vehicles are as clean when they are finished working on them as when they went in.  They treat you like family there.

Needed the fan motor for the cabin checked out on my 2006 Pontiac.  They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.  Also had been having a problem with the blend door on the re-circulate/fresh air adjustment.  When they discovered that the actuator had been replaced by another mechanic a few months ago, they let me know that the part had a life-time warranty.  They didn't have to do that.  Could've charged me for a new one and pocketed the money after sending in the warranted one.  
No one likes to deal with a broken car.  Finding a trustworthy mechanic is, for me, the hardest part.  Glad I've got that taken care of with ARI.

On a trip from North Carolina pulling a  camper. We arrive at the camp ground and the truck started leaking coolant. I called ARI to see if they get worked on diesel engines and they said not often and asked what was going on. I explained my situation and Billy said come on in and see what they can do. They got my truck in as quick as they could and found it to be the water pump had gone out. I was treated great just as every customer that came through the door. Being a part time mechanic I would bring my vehicle to ARI again. Not often you find an honest group of people that do great work and treat a customer as great as they did me.
