Loved coming here and will definitely be back.

I got my oil change and had my tires rotated. I haven't changed my brakes since I purchased my car (60,000 miles ago), and I was having no issues but asked them to check them out for me. I was cautious in doing this, because I know businesses want to make money and may tell me they need to be changed even when they don't.

I got a call a few hours later (they were pretty busy when I pulled in), and told me my brakes were fine and my car was ready. I know I shouldn't expect people to screw me over, but they definitely could have and chose not to. I also had a sticker (which the last TWO oil changes I got forgot and I had to go back for one), and they reset my oil life monitor (which no one ever does and I usually have to do myself).

What really told me this was the place I'll be coming from now on is that when I picked up my car, there was a young man in the lobby questioning whether they actually needed an air filter in their car or Precision was just trying to up-sell them. The guy looked over and said sir, we don't have to, but I will show you your dirty one and if you've been getting worse gas mileage, that's why. Super nice, and the patience won me over :)

Cannot say enough nice things about this place. I am a UGA student and my car battery gave out so I came here to see what should be fixed. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with smiles and laughs. I wish I would've gotten the man's name who helped me because he was so nice. Thank you for the excellent service!! God bless!

The staff is very kind. They were about to close but changed my spare tire for free. Would definitely recommend.

They told me nothing was wrong with my car, and my suspension was completely off. Don't go to this place

For many years I sought out a company that I could trust to care of my basic car needs. After being manipulated and swindled by many other shops, I came to Precision Tune and have now been using them for many years because of their honesty. Admittedly, it's not the nicest looking auto shop, you'll find, but Ace (who is usually at the front desk) is a very straightforward guy. He won't try to sell you on services that you don't need and he'll do his best to answer all of your questions and take care of you. In a world where many companies only care about making additional sales, I really appreciate how Precision Tune does business, which is why I've remained loyal to them for many years now.
