Gave me the best price in town. Told me exactly what was wrong and showed me. The manager was super friendly and answered all my questions and got a technician to answer a question he wasn't totally sure about. Will definitely use them for all my auto repair needs.

DO NOT go to this place if you are looking to do a repair on your car other than just an oil change or basic tire services. I brought in a car with a rough idle and slight oil leak was charged $1500 for all the work to be done. The car was returned and was unsafe to drive, it would randomly pop out of gear and not move while trying to accelerate. When bringing the car back to tell them about this they tried to say this was because the car had a turbo in it. This makes absolutely zero sense. The car would go way up in the rpm range without moving and then violently jerk forward when the gears would finally catch. So upon receiving the car back for the second time we were told it was good to go and safe. Again the idle was rough (still coming back with the original problem), and then after a few weeks it began to make catastrophic noises in the transmission. It turns out they only put in the bottom bolts in the transmission, so it was left loose and damaged the internal gears. This lack of care has caused a huge amount of stress on us and damage to the car. Save yourself some time and take your car somewhere with experienced technicians for big repairs!

Great place to bring your car. My wife brought in our car for a diagnostic because we'd noticed some unevenness in the ride on the front passenger side. Joshua and the folks at Hopewell ID'd the problem and explained what needed to be done. I appreciated that they helped identify what needed to be addressed right away and what we could wait on. Repairs were completed same day for a reasonable price (UGA folks get a student discount, too). They saved us money on the tires (did we need tires rated for 120mph through a curve in the rain? no) and the warranty on their parts can't be beat. We will be using Hopewell for as long as we live in Athens.
