I have been coming to the AZ Auto Care  for years toggling between my dealership and here. I definitely appreciate the personal service and attention at Arizona auto care versus the dealership that’s always trying to sell me something. Brought my car in for brakes today, I had questions about motor mounts & got some straightforward advice  & recommendations that they didn’t need to be changed out now. I appreciate that, guess with the dealership had said! I highly recommend these guys,  I trust them,  they know what they’re doing & they their care. I will continue to refer friends and neighbors to them.

Chris, Gregg, Jt just a few to name are awesome mechanics! These guys are strait forward & so honest! This is a shop that genuinely cares about its customers. If you are looking to get solid work done in a short amount of time then come to this shop! Stars if I could. Stay away. This place is fill with Rude, unknowable, personal that wants nothing but your money. After taking my car in 3 times for a simple leak they still couldn't get it right and would not refund my money. I took it to a shop in the same complex and they got it right the first time and less.

I recently took my car into this shop due to a bad fuel pump. I dropped it off on Tuesday and they told me that they may be able to take a quick look at it on Wednesday but they would probably be able to work on it on Thursday. I got a call on Wednesday saying they were not able to replicate my issue but they would run some tests on Thursday. On Thursday, they told me that it was in fact a bad Fuel Pump and that they will order the part and install it the next day, and that the price would be 440 including an oil change I asked to be done.

I call near the end of the day on Friday and they tell me that the pump did not come with a gasket or filter, and they needed to order the part and they would maybe have it done on Saturday. On Saturday they tell me that it wouldn’t be done until Monday. I called on Monday and they told me that it would not be ready until Tuesday. I finally got the call that it was ready on Tuesday morning. 

I discovered that the bill came up to 580, since they did not tell me that the gasket and filter added 110 dollars in parts to the price. At this point, my car was back 4 days later than originally promised and my bill a total of 140 dollars above my original quote. 

When I took my car home, I discovered a few things. 
1.	My OBD1 sensor cover was still sitting in my cup holder
2.	My Fuse Panel cover was sitting on the floor of the passenger side footwell. 
3.	There was a sort of grease or silicone sealer all over the bottom of my rear window, so much so that it was pooling near the seal and on the bottom of the window itself. 
I don’t know if I just had a bad experience, but this was the second chance I gave this shop after I brought my car in for a blown head gasket and was told that it would take 2 weeks for the repair, but they ended up taking 4 and a half weeks to complete it. This is without warped heads or anything cracked. 
The people running the shop seem genuinely nice and when I asked they did keep me informed, but seeing how they overshot their time estimate twice now, blew past their price quote, and gave my car back to me with parts unattached and some sort of compound caked onto the rear window, I cannot recommend this shop.
