I’ve waited some to write my review and rate ADS, as we have had other shops in the past that started off well, but didn’t end well. I would like to say that we have never had the Customer Service that ADS has given us. From their Service Managers to their Mechanics, wow, what a friendly, customer oriented, and knowledgeable group. They have diagnosed problems now on 3 of our vehicles. We have had two of them repaired their at ADS. One, at the suggestion of our Service manager, was so far gone, that he did not suggest putting the money into it. They didn’t try and sell us a service that would make them money, and let us drive off unknowingly with a vehicle that would break down at any time. 

Tim and the Service Writers always greet you with a smile and a welcome. Their knowledge is impressive of all types of vehicles. We have found our repair shop and think that you will have the same experience with them.

I have had to use ADS twice within the last 6 weeks.  Both times the service was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful.  They went out of their way to help me find out information on my vehicles warranty, and assisted me with getting options for the work I needed.  The repairs were done quickly, and with a complete explanation on what they were doing.  They also kept in touch with me on the progress.  I will return for future service.  Thank ADS!

I've been to a few mechanic shops, and this is one of the best places I've been too. The front desk, the mechanics, they're all a top notch bunch. Especially when they are willing to explain all my options and especially what happened during the repair. They were.able to fix a welded on fuel lock ring on my gas tank without costing me another gas tank.

ADS is simply the best. I have been to dozens of automotive repair shops in my long life and have never found a single one to be this good. Being a customer for more than 10 years have never had a problem with their work or anything they could not fix right the first time. My service advisor Mike Tibbetts who was a tech there is a very nice and knowledgeable young man. He explained everything in detail and even repaired a splash shield on my second vehicle at no charge.  I would give Mike and ADS 6 stars if I could

A very pleasurable experience getting my wife's motor replaced in her 2007 mustang! They went the extra mile even by getting it done at least a day earlier than they thought it might be! And it is running great! I chose ADS because of all the goid reviews I read about them and I wasn't disappointed at all! A real top notch shop with knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I definatwly recommend using this shop for all your automotive needs! Thank you ADS!!
