Your shop is wonderful!!  I had an issue with my air conditioner/heater and you kept trying different parts and/or ideas until it was perfect.  The attitude of everyone I met was very professional and you could tell they really cared about the issue with the auto and the reputation of their business.  You don't find this very often.  I could not be more pleased.

Excellent customer service! I dropped my truck off around 11am to do a front end alignment, and oil change. The staff is extremely friendly, listened to the problems I was having and suggested the best course of action to fix the issues. I got a call about 2:30 saying everything was complete, but I couldn't pick up the truck until after they closed. They were nice enough to leave the keys in a secure place for me to pick it up at my convenience. Great shop I know I can trust!

Very professional and clean facility. And the prices are reasonable and repair work is awesome. Definetly my new automotive repair facility . They offer great service from loaner car to shuttle service.  Service writers are really knowledgable and always keeping you up to date. And the automotive techs are clean and really good. And were able to explain everything without me feeling like im being lied to. 5 stars for sure.

I got my car serviced at Elite auto Repair this week,  I had a check engine light on my VW Rabbit. They were able to troubleshoot and fix the issue, however, I think they charged me too much for the parts. They replaced 5 spark plugs and charged me 33 dollars per spark plug, I thought that was insane. Also the coil packs were also charged at  a much higher rate than the actual price (with margin). End of the day my bill was $947, I tried to talk to the service adviser who basically argued with me and told me this is the price I get. 

I will not go back to this place again, they definitely lost one customer and 3 cars for future business.
