The BEST Mexican food in Bakersfield, absolutely! Oh my gosh, this is some tasty food. They need to wash and soak the tripe before cooking it, that will improve the taste immensely. Other than the tripe tasting kinda funky, the food is superb!

Clean, great service, and great Menudo, my wife had asada enchiladas, my sister in law had the chili Verde. All was great.
