Okay, so..the actual location is not at the intersection that the pin is pointing too. It's actually across the overpass on your right hand side, if you're coming south down 4th street. Huge, grey building. The overall experience I had was very lengthy, but what do you expect? There's paperwork that needs to be in place to keep track of it all. Be patient, and be glad we live in a country that helps people who are not able to fully support themselves. Denise and Angie were fantastic! Thank you ladies. Keep up the work.

Not only do you have to get there over an hour before they open to wait in line just to get a spot, but if you don't get on the list before noon (when the whole office closes for an hour for lunch) it is very unlikely they will have time to see you that day. I know enough to ask how many people are ahead of me on my track when I check-in. This time it was one person, it took them over FOUR hours to get to me. I asked several times how much longer it would be until I'd be seen and was told "soon, there isn't anyone in front of you" followed by, "oh wait, I don't even see anyone working that track right now. I wonder where they went . . ." When I was finally called for my turn, the interviewer was friendly and helpful, but the rest of the experience was awful.

I arrived on a Friday at 630 and was third in line. The doors opened at 745, by which time there were probably 20 people in line. I applied for and received my food stamps that day and was done by 845. I know many have bad experiences here but mine was fine.

I been here for almost three hours. No one has helped anyone in 45 min. I'm not happy

Their phone automated system doesn't allow you to talk to a human being ever! Instead its a menu of things that may not be of importance to your question, but they don't care.
