apparently, according to a worker i had to deal with there that couldnt answer my questions, anyone that was hired before august of 2017 is unable to answer certain questions having to do with felonies and they "can't train the people that have been here prior because they would have to close the building down to train those who don't know this new program." making most people here incompetent.

I went in there not knowing what services I may be eligible for.  They took the time to go over all the services and completed the applicable paperwork. I'm not sure why someone would go back outside into the hot sun when there are always enough seating at this location and I found the staff helpful and understanding.

The people that work here are inexperienced and have absolutely no respect for you, treating you like garbage. They don't know simple things and won't listen to what you have to say. In the back, they are obnoxiously gossiping about their own personal lives while you should be attended to. I'm surprised that these people are even able to obtain a job in the first place. I would give the place 0 stars if possible. If you go there, expect to be disrespected.

Most of the people that work at this location really lack mutual respect. They are no better then the clients on the opposite side of the counter. Not everyone that received services deserve to be treated like their time isn't valuable. I work. My husband works. They need to do things more timely.
