The IRS was great, cleared up the confusion on my account but when I got to the garage, my car had been booted. I accidentally pulled into the first section (Not IRS). I backed into the space, walked right past the booth and when I came out there was a boot on my car. The attendant watched all this because there were only about 5 cars in the garage. They could have done the right thing by stopping me and telling me. Instead they waited and as soon as I was gone they called security to boot my vehicle. The reason I was booted was that you cannot back in to park but there are NO signs in the garage stating not to back in. there certainly is a lot of greed in this world.

The Homeland Security Agents were what Orwell envisioned in 1984, a boot stomping on the face of humanity. They forced women with babies to stand in the cramped front of the building, while there was a room of about 60 empty chairs with air conditioning literally around the corner. The process of screening people should have been taken care of instead of forcing us to wait in a hot little room. One of the guards even got up in my face as I was trying to simply get my belongings off the conveyor belt, and he acted as if he was going to hurt me if I didn't immediately move while I was trying to just put my belt back on and put my stuff in my pockets. Very aggressive, and be careful when you go in there. The IRS woman who helped me was cool, but even then, the entire hour long ordeal of waiting while standing with no AC was ridiculous. I am enraged that my tax dollars go to these brutes with no compassion and no common sense.

Scary horror movie type security guards. "Assistance" clerk 359613 and the manager knew nothing at all about anything to do with IRS. Only trained to read questions from a web site and click yes or no. But they had no idea what any of it meant. They said the IRS only collects taxes, if you want help I have to go to a CPA. Complete waste of time and tax payer money.

Went to this office for submitting ITIN after president day holiday. Only appointment holder was allowed , so took appointment 1 week before. No confirmation of appointment, so little bit worried after reading other reviews. Contrary to my expectation everything was completed within 40 minutes. Everybody were nice & cooperative. Thanks lot for creating positive environment despite numerous negative comments on this place. Thanks for making such environment.
