There billing department is horrible. Billed to wrong insurance and want me to fix. Called asking to speak to manager told would be called back never head from anyone.

They called me 2 day before the procedure to let me know the cost of the procedure. their billing department is not connected to the office and not very friendly. they couldn't give me the total cost of the procedure, i.e doctors charges.

Dr. Bruce Noland is a great doctor but the staff/scheduling in the Endoscopy area are terrible. Made appointment 3 month in advance to be the first in due to fasting. Called and bumped us to 5th appointment in with no explanation. Came in for procedure and front desk never told us the doctor is running an hour late on appointments until we went up and asked since it was already past his actual procedure time. No care or consideration for their patients, especially patients who have been fasting for over 24 hours....
