I needed some information about vaccines I had received from the County Health Department several years ago related to travel.  It was not possible to speak to a person on the telephone, and I could not even determine where the Department is located on the website.  (It used to be down on Roosevelt or somewhere like that, another post indicated maybe it's on Central Ave.  Who knows?  Seriously, I just need to get some health records for services they provided.  The inability to get these records could have significant health consequences.  I cannot begin to express my frustration.

I would like to file a health hazardous at the park apartments 17425 north 19th Ave phoenix az. The laundry room is flooded with dirty water, gang writing and nasty pictures on the wall. The pools are always green. The dog park is always full of dog crap. The lady at the office told me today she didn't care she was going home. I told her what happens if someone gets hurt she said that's why they have insurance on the complex. Please help us renters we live in a unsafe place to live.

I need help!!! I recently moved into an apartment complex and came to found out that my apartment is infested with bed bugs, and the manager at the apartments doesn't want to pay for the bed bug exterminator, I want to know what my rights are. Please help!

I can't tell you how many times I tried to call and make sure it was the correct location I was going to, never did I get to speak to anyone!!
