Levi let me know when he was available to re-key my home and had no problem giving me a quote over the phone. I knew I wanted to change out some hardware, but I wanted to see what my options would be. He arrived when he said he would, looked over my doors, and let me know which locks were functioning well and which weren't (he guessed 15+ yrs old on certain ones, which I knew was true). In comparison to a previous quote, his pricing was very competitive and when he found that a socket for one of my lock brackets needed repair, he corrected the issue instead of ignoring it. Thank you for the good work and pricing out my options without any pressure.

Levi was really helpful getting me back into my townhouse about a month ago. Super polite and professional! My key snapped off in the lock and I couldn't get back inside, and he showed up really quickly. I forgot to leave a review until now (was reminded because I see him working on the bakery outside my office now), but I would definitely recommend him for anyone else!

Excellent service! They responded quickly to help with reasonable prices. Tom was very kind and had great customer service. Got my keys out in just a few minutes and I made it to work on time!

I have been using Levi for several years now for both my business and home. I am really happy with his high level of workmanship and professionalism. He always answers the phone and comes over quickly. I would highly recommend him for any lock and key issues, including leaving your keys inside the locked car, which I have done!
