My wife lost the key to her car late Sunday evening prior to going out to dinner with family from out of town.  I called him Diamondback Lock and Key and they had a locksmith to my house in 30 minutes.  The tech got to work immediately and got her car door open and the car unlocked without damaging the car.  He made a key for the door but was unable to get the ignition to work because it was an odd ball year changeover.  We ended up having to leave to meet our family from out of town.  The tech called his boss and told him what happened after we left.  The owner called us en-route to dinner and told us that he can't leave us hanging!  I was blown away.  I felt horrible having to leave the tech after he got to my house but he took it with grace.  Then to have the owner call and tell us that he was personally going to make sure we get a key that night was mind blowing.  I have never heard of that level of customer service.  Due to our dinner we asked if he could come the next day.  He showed up right when he said he would and made a key that worked for the door and ignition.  5 STAR SERVICE I know from our interactions that this company has a sterling reputation and work ethic.  If someone gave them a bad review I would think it was fake.

Great Service! Jacob was awesome! He diagnosed all the problems. He fixed all my lock and made them all one key.  He cleaned up after as well. Now my house is full secured. Jacob went above and beyond what was requested. Jacob made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Jacob and Diamondback for any lock issue.

After purchasing my first home, I was referred to Diamondback Lock & Key to get my locks re-keyed. We are able to set up an appointment quickly and Jack arrived when he said he would, friendly and prepared! He's really knowledgeable in what he does and even walked me through each step of resetting my locks in case I ever needed to do so again in the future.  Still, the service was fast; we were done securing the house in less than an hour!

Never having dealt with this before, I'm so appreciative of Diamondback Lock & Key's help in making me feel secure in my new home! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same.

Nick with Diamondback lock and key turned a bad experience into a saved night. Lost my key fob integrated key and thought I would be walking home and would have to tow my car because it was Saturday night and no spare key to get my car started. I remembered the life savers at Diamondback and made the call. Everything happened on time and in budget without surprises. Nick said he needed 45 minutes and he had the whole job done in 20. Truly a case of under promised and over delivered. If you need locksmith services call Diamondback lock and key. Even if it isn't an emergency they still treat your job as their only priority.

Jacob was very knowledgeable and  personable and took the time to take care of problems that came up as he was trying to key all my locks the same. He was respectful of my home and dogs and made sure the job was done before he left. Great company, great techs. I would highly recommend Diamondback Lock and Key to anyone in need of their services!
