Front desk wasn't friendly and not helpful, she had attitude like don't bother her, every question seems to  bother her to answer, we been here for a while and this front desk just awful, I miss the previous front desk lady.

This place is awful. I've had neck pain since 2002, and gone to many doctors and physical therapy offices. I had neck surgery in 2006. I've been on pain meds ever since. I had been going to a pain management office for 11 years, but this office is only  6 minutes from my house. The NP doesn't listen to you or just doesn't care what you say. Wants to run many tests. When I told her I wanted to have an epidural done by a doctor who previously did all my procedures at a surgical center instead of by her doctor in the office I got a phone call telling me they would not see me again if it was just for pain management. My pain was never under control while I went there and they just didn't care. I going back to my previous pain management office where they care about their patients. This place is terrible.

Refused to give me a bill when asking for payment, told me I had to call a number and ask someone who wasn't currently in but I still had to pay on the spot.

I saw Dr. Kahn several years ago for severe chronic pain. He pushed an epidural on me although they had all failed in the past. After the procedure my pain doubled. After that he prescribed Kadian an overpriced version of morphine. After the discount guard expired I couldn't afford it so he begrudgingly prescribed regular er morphine. He was obviously was getting a kick back from the manufacturer. Stay away if you really want serious pain management .

Have been doing a wonderful job with help with my nerve pain, listen to me, and my request no to be put on pain killers but to help find the problem,  always return calls so glad is was referred to them.
