I’ve been taking my kids here for almost 11 years now and we absolutely LOVE the staff! They are personable and very professional. They make sure all questions are answered before we leave and they make my kids feel comfortable in all situations. I’m so glad we were able to find them!

The staff is friendly. But I absolutely got no answers for what is going on with my son. The doctor would actually recommend something that he already told me to do which did not help. I will not be going back.

Dr. lifted my 6 year old son's shirt and said "that's a heart attack at fifty". That jerk is gone,went to see the new guy last year. This time a fever for 2 days. "Well could be an infection, not sure" . This was on Thursday. So of course nobody there Friday had to go to urgent care for guess what? Infection. I have huge deductibles on my insurance, so these 2 dolts cost me $250 out of pocket, which I have refused pay. What recourse do we have as clients??Nothing. And that first so called Dr. is a lucky sob, cause if my boy wasn't there.....

Took my son there after urgent care told us too for check up. Dr was very rushy. Didn't want to  listen to our cocerns about his eating habits etc...said he is just a kid...(urgent care saw he has high ketone level in urine and wanted us to do do a double check. ... Dr at JJ  said no that it's only high because he is sick... and wouldn't test him.... urgent care said that is true but his is very high either way) didn't feel like my child was a priority and was just chalked up to ..it's the flu... rest. Gave him tamiflu...spent only a few min with him.. and that was that....

I love how comfortable they make me and my boys feel! Great care and service! The front staff is super helpful and fun!
