We brought two of our children in over the last two weeks to have their wisdom teeth removed.  The staff was very friendly, organized and quick.  I especially like the fact that Dr. Hansen called our home the day of surgery (in the evening) to check up on my son and how he was doing in his recovery from the surgery.  We really appreciated the follow and giving us his cell phone number to contact him if there were any complications over the next few days.  That's great customer service! :)

Myself, husband and son have all had our wisdom teeth pulled at this location. The staff is very friendly, thorough and helpful. The Dr is very nice and informative. Definitely recommend them

Dr Hansen was amazing and so are his wonderful technicians. I had impacted wisdom teeth that needed removed and due to their location the possibility of permanent nerve damage was high and with being put under and it absolutely freaked me out. I cried listening to how the procedure would be preformed because I was so nervous about everything. He made sure to understand everything that worried me and really helped me through it all. I went in this morning for my surgery and even got my IV in my hand as I specially requested. Everything went better than perfect and he was able to my wisdoms out without even touching the nerves. I highly recommend Dr Hansen and his team, they really do care and go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable with everything.

I had a pleasant experience at Desert Valley Oral Surgery for my wisdom teeth removal from my initial consultation to the checkup a week after my procedure. Dr. Hansen was professional and answered any questions I had in the office as well as provided his number to call with any questions after the procedure. The staff was also helpful, especially Wendy who was very kind and explained what the procedure would entail as well as the expenses involved. Overall a very positive experience.

The doctor in staff at this office were amazing very courteous and kind patient with explaining what steps would be taken in the removal of my husband’s wisdom teeth would definitely recommend this office to anyone especially with  The anxiousness or nerves that come with getting teeth extracted.  They were amazing explained everything and took any anxiety or fear out of the procedure before hand and after thank you so much Dr. Hanson and your stuff you were terrific!!!
