I should have listened to the majority of reviews, but i thought I would give this office a chance. As a military member who is getting treatment for injuries sustained in Afghanistan I felt such disrespect from the front office staff. I felt as if I was inconveniencing THEM on every occasion I went. The Dr. I was treated by was really nice. He took time to discuss my options and was very compassionate. Today I was informed my referral was expired and my appointment is tomorrow. I called my insurance and was told it was still valid. I tried to explain and even offered to walk the paperwork over but the staff didn't want to work with me. Disappointing. Looks like I will look elsewhere for help getting my surgery.

Update; please check the profiles of people posting. There are multiple people on here who have spammed 5 star reviews for pain management doctors all over the valley. Check out some of these peoples reviews who vehemitley disagree with the majority of us.

Place is trash. I'm a stage 3 Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer patient. Today they discharged me (after they raised my meds every month to over 110mg of oxy a month) because THEY only prescribed me for 20 days for some reason an I went back for a refill and i was early. They discharged me cause their mistake. Cause everytime you see a different doctor An they can never remember what the next doctor said or who you are. Now I still have a couple months of chemo left and have to deal with coming off an abundance of pain pills because they screwed up. Then the nurses excuse when I asked why this is happening was "well we usually don't deal with cancer patients". Well the. WHY WOULD THEY TAKE ME IN THE BEGINNING. Trial and error?! Lmao. Make sure you have a good lawyer before becoming a patient here :)
At least offer to help get off all these meds then just saying good luck. Or offer me some advice. You call yourself doctors? You guys are the reason there's an Opiod epidemic.

Bad experience here. I was shamed and humiliated for trying to get relief from neck pain. Stay away from Lindsay Carter.

Office staff is completely incompetent. You wait on hold forever. Couldn't  seem to get all my MRI records 1st visit. Ordered new MRI..made me wait 1 1/2 hrs to find out did not have results 2nd visit...told on 3rd visit the couldn't really fully read MRI and they would call me today....never called...so done

Doctor was nice but the front office is beyond rude and horrible to work with. By far the worst I have experienced since moving here. 
Top it off, I requested my records, signing he form in office and over a month later, I still do not have my records. 
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
