After spending an hour on the phone with technician's and billing experts I was able to get my wife in for an appointment.  When she arrived the office suddenly realized that the available doctor was new and was not under contract for our health insurance - even though all the other doctors in the practice were under it.  She was forced to travel to another office in Gilbert where the doctor saw her and told her he had no idea what are condition was and to go see another doctor.  We originally wanted to see Dr. Park but he was not available for month.  Over 4 people that I have talked to still cannot update my insurance in their system to the new coverage.  Poor organization and group from my view- go somewhere else.
