This establishment is very welcoming and friendly from the moment I have walked in to the moment I left.  When I had a problem getting my RX filled (due to ins issues at the begin of year) the office provided me with samples until ins was 'caught up'.   
The downside:  Many times the phones are so busy that they are routed to a call center, again everyone is polite and professional, however, you are on the phone for some time (at that point I would just prefer the MA's voice mail--I think they need to work on that area). Lastly, being the office is very busy, I have felt a bit rushed on all occasions, but I am overall very happy with this establishment and all the personnel contact.  :)

Carol Swenson is excellent!  She is professional, precise, thoughtful, kind, and thorough.  She responded to all of my questions with clarity and sufficient detail.  In the past, she has recommended medications that have proven to be helpful to my Sjogren's disease and insomnia.  I highly recommend her.

Like Dr., PA, and Asst. And lab people. Get taken back pretty quickly.  Front office however, needs in-service on customer service.  With all the bad reviews on them I would think they would think the Company would get right on that.

Note the abundance of 1-star reviews. Stay away! Rude and unprofessional staff (except the lab folks). If you have fibromyalgia (or think you do or don't know what the hell you have), then don't go here. Dr. Swati says it's all in your head and caused by lack of sleep and depression and there's no such thing. Are you f***in kidding me? Just type in "FIB" in Google and fibromyalgia is at the top of the search results. Ever seen the internet and discussion boards on it? Seen the Lyrica commercials? Or noted that 2 to 4% of the population has it? Where'd you get your license, the Hindu drive-in? Hey, no doctor is perfect and mis-diagnosis happens, but at least have a personality better than a rabid boar. Rude people, a sham, and a scam. What rheumatologist doesn't at least acknowledge the fact that you're whole body is hurting? I was asked "what do you want me to do for you?". How the hell do I know? You're the doctor! If I don't have fibro, then at least be proactive and rule s**t out or find out why I can't sleep and hurt all over!! That's your job. I was belittled, felt intimidated, and bullied. You people should be ashamed. Stay away. Staying home and stabbing yourself with a fork is better time spent.

Dr. Kruetz is a wonderful and very paptient doctor. He listens to and validates all your concerns. If only his office staff was just as attentive!!! Rarely do I ever get a call back when I have to leave a message, the after hours answering staff don't pass messages on correctly- sometimes the message doesn't  get passed at all, they don't follow through, and frankly I feel like my life and health have been put in jeopardy because they have been neglectful when it comes to getting my prescription to my pharmacy. I have waited over a YEAR and now that they finally got the prescription correct, I have to start completely over because my application expired before they got it right. Whatever you do, DO NOT become a patient with this clinic!!!
