I am absolutely disgusted with this office. As someone who is in the medical profession myself, there is absolutely no excuse for the experience I had with this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, had to wait almost 2 months to get a referral for a biopsy. I mean we are talking a possible cancer diagnosis and I had to wait 2 months?! The referral coordinator has absolutely no clue how to do her job. She had to call the specialists office I was being referred to and had to be given step by step instructions on how to submit a referral to my insurance company. Wait... it gets better. I get my biopsy done and then I received a bill in the mail for $686. Insurance denied the claim because the primary care office failed to obtain an appropriate referral. Spoke with my insurance company and was told all they needed to do was contact them and get a retro auth. The genius referral coordinator calls me and tells me it is "illegal". Hunny, I'm pretty sure if it was illegal the insurance company would not be telling me that is what needs to be done. Face the facts, you are lazy and don't want to do your job. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. It is a pathetic excuse for a doctor's office. They will not see a dime from me.

nice doctors - HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE. only go here if you want them to screw up your medications, send them to the wrong pharmacy,  have them tell you that you have no copay and then get a huge bill because they don't even take your insurance in the first place ,and then every time you need to go in have them behave as if its such a hassle to schedule an apt for you.
