Mehhh, started off well but service is sub par, systems go down so no gate access sometimes and then rates have gone up 3 x's in 7 months...

I've been a customer here for 3 years. Their customer service is great and Sylvia (in the office) is one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of getting to know. We moved from the area a couple years ago, about 10 miles from the center, but I travel the distance because of the people and the price and their willingness to work with their customers. If you've gotta store stuff, this is the place.

I have been searching the west valley for boat storage.  This was by far the most reasonably priced, not pushy, no contract and friendly staff.  When I shopped around, I discovered the storage industry prides its self on awful customer service overall, but these guys were helpful and pleasant to work with.  I just dropped my boat off today for storage, so I cant comment regarding the security, although, I would like to see barbed wire along the fence.  I previously stored my boat outdoors in Tempe, and to date, have not had anything taken, I hope it stays that way here!
