Dr. Long is a very kind and caring doctor and person. He discusses treatment options and wants the really best for the patient. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. It definetly is a family admoshere.

I took my old labrador to this clinic for some dental work. His teeth needed cleaning, and a number needed to be pulled. The veterinarian took time to explain everything to me. The transformation in my dog's health after the teeth work was really remarkable. I really appreciated the care my dog received from this clinic.

I have been taking our dogs to the Ark for many years. Dr Voss is the absolute Best. I was in today with our new Frenchie and got to meet/see Dr Long. Amazing addition to the clinic. Thank you for all you do.

My dog loves her vet. Been going to the Ark for 30 years. These new Vets are very good and spoil her just like I do👍🏽

Do NOT go to this clinic to put your dog down! This is not my regular vet (thank goodness) but because of circumstances I had to go to them to put my dog down. First I had to bring documentation 'proving' my dog had cancer. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes getting more and more upset in the LOBBY. When we finally got in a room the vet (who was very nice) looked at my paperwork including the ultra sound pictures of my dogs cancer. The vet still insisted that he do an exam (which I guess is their policy). Then we sat in the room for another 30 minutes or more. One of the assistants did come in and apologize for it taking so long. Finally the vet came in and sedated my dog, then 10 minutes later was the euthanasia. I had paid before going in because I didn't want to deal with it when I would be upset after putting my pup down but they apparently forgot to charge me for more expenses so I had to pay more after putting him down. In total it cost me 390.00 and much suffering for both of us to put my dog down at this clinic. Horrible experience.
