Pawsitive Strides Review only. Terrible experience! I had been referred to this business by my veterinarian. I have an elderly, disabled dog that has severe difficulty walking. At my initial visit, I was charged for an evaluation, no work was done, and was told I would be contacted for a followup appointment. Months went by and no followup. When I contacted this business I was told I would again have to pay for a second evaluation. I reasonably explained that I should not be double billed and pay for two evaluations when no work had been done. After this request, my scheduled appointment was suddenly canceled and they refused to care for my dog. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the party most hurt by this negative experience was my handicapped dog!

I work at a Vet's Office in Prineville at the suggestion of my Vet we took our Pit Bull Oliver to BVS after a month of having trouble walking and not eating and loosing a lot of weight. Even though we didn't get answers to what was going on with him we got answers as to what was NOT going on and it gave us some peace of mind. Both Doctors spent a lot of time with Oliver and they were very caring and loving and showed genuine caring for our Little Buddy. EVERYONE at BVS was so nice and caring for Oliver. I highly recommend them. Oliver made a full recovery and is doing great.

Dr. Dougherty saved our dear Cocker Spaniel, Demi. We had our doubts that she would live beyond 4 years of age, and she will be 14 in February. We love these Docs and the entire staff.
