I am calling out this waste of public resources! They deserve a 0 review. My husband is a severe diabetic! These idiots WILL NOT answer the phone, no answering machine,no nothing. My husband will go into a diabetic coma & die without insulin!!!!! We have been crawling up thier ass for 3 MONTHS!!!!! Nothing!!!! I am done & are turning to outside resources!
    Make NO mistake; if my poor husband is hospitalized over this; I WILL SUE EVERYONE that had ANYTHING to do with this & did NOTHING! Be warned because I am serious!!!! Jerking us around will end or else!!!           Jennifer Ruple

I wish there was a zero. That's just what they need. I went to get my baby's ARkids number,. I had to sign in and sit what seemed like forever. This place is not resourceful at all. No one knows anything.

I've had some issues there, but also had some really great experiences with workers that genuinely care about fixing your problems. Especially lately! Jacksonville DHS has really stepped up their game. Today I spoke in particular to a woman named Kimberly, who handled an urgent problem I was having with my Medicaid case. She was so polite, professional, and handled it within minutes.
