They've always been extremely friendly and helpful (although usually busy and very slow) when I visit the branch in person, but they're completely unavailable by phone as all calls go through AFCU's phone bank in Jacksonville, which is rather inconvenient.  Even the Jacksonville people seem to have a hard time getting ahold of them; this branch is like a black hole as far as information goes, which, along with the generally long waits involved with any kind of transaction,  is why I docked them a couple of stars.

I just have a basic account with them -- no loans or anything so I can't speak to their customer service or performance in that regard.

Several times my
Deposit has ended up
In a different Cristina James’s account. Even after I have stated my address & account number to make sure it goes into correct account. I have caught it 3 times so far. Drive thru takes forever. Getting someone on phone takes forever. Customer service is a zero

Have had my personal data stolen with this bank three times. Stationed overseas and it took them three whole weeks to get a new bank card after they sent two cards to the wrong address even though I emailed my exact address to them while attempting to charge me a fee for issuing a card. They sent me a check during this (1 week into them not sending my card to the right address, the refuse to use wire transfers) no one recognizes and refused to remit my money to my account. Will not refinance loans. Do not use this credit union. They simply do not care about their members or the hardships they enact with their sloppy work ethic.

May I just say that I have been trying for SEVEN months to get this credit union to send me a paper statement. After getting kicked out continously from online banking, I went in August 2016 and asked for a paper statement. I have gone in every month since then asking the same thing. Each time I am told " we have it fixed". Wrong!! Still no paper statement. If not for the many direct deposits and direct withdrawals I have with the bank, I would not still be here. Monday I will make yet another visit to pick up my statement bc they can't get it right. Thinking of asking them for $2 for gas money, as that is what they charge for paper statements.
