Honest, integrity, service. They always try to get the products you are needing, 9/10 they usually have it. Staff is friendly. ,If you want a critique , I wish the showroom floor was bigger for more stuff but that’s the guitar player in me. Also the teachers that give private lessons are over the top, there is a reason they have over 1200 students, it’s them

Great local music store. Knowledgeable staff, decent selection of music and instruments. And will order anything you need if they don't have it in store.

Excellent staffers and great merchandise selections, very neat and organized. Have excellent repair group and any kind of lessons you desire

Cool staff, very helpful. They will also mark prices down to beat other offers. Shout out to Adrian that works there, knowledgeable guy, and called me a couple weeks after I spent $1000+ to make sure I was satisfied.
