Excellent customer service, knowledgeable about the product, and eager to help us!! A phenomenal experience compared to the last visit I had with a different AT&T AR. Brad was an utter delight to work with! He not only cared to listen to our concerns but immediately defused them with his knowledge and expertise. He also saved us some money! Thanks again Brad!!

I visited this store after AT&T's telephone support center told me that they couldn't activate my Apple Watch because I hadn't purchased it directly from AT&T. The two gentleman who helped me were so friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They resolved all of the issues that I had with activating the watch and then spent time with me answering other questions I had about my existing mobile plan that I hadn't been able to resolve with AT&T's corporate support. It was a fantastic customer service interaction and I will be going directly to this store for any other questions/services I may need from AT&T.

Grant and brad were the most helpful representatives of AT&T I have ever done business with. Such a relief after a miserable experience at their sister store on college. A little bit out of the way for me, as I live near campus, but definitely worth the drive. Lowered my cable and internet bill and worked with me to get a new phone (iPhone 8) and took the time to show me how to operate my new device. Apparently this location is under new management, and it’s working well for their consumers. 10/10 recommend.

Per the workers, this store is under new management. THANK GOD. I have never ever smiled in an AT&T store. The young men working this passed Saturday were such a delight. Their new manager checked on me TWICE during my visit, what a pleasant surprise. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this store from now on. The man that helped me was braden I believe.

The new staff/management is terrific! I was able to speak to someone in a timely fashion and was actually able to save a few bucks and get some new stuff. HUGE improvement since my last encounter with a person from an AT&T store!
