The young man that cut my Grandsons hair was shaking like he should be drug tested. Terrible! The boys left with hair all over them and wrong cuts. Previously the two ladies did an awesome job. The cuts came right out of the book and I had taken a photo and saved it..showed it to him.. Not what we got. The only reason there's a star is because it's making me.

The store manager Jenepher was very helpful and nice. She worked over an hour to solve a problem with my account. Very helpful staff. They are very patience and able to explain all the offers in details.

We do some shpping in jewelry department and they are nice. Had to take my ring back, lost some diamond's on it and they are going to fix it.

I love JCPenney but this location is a mess...i understand things get overwhelming from time to time it shouldn't be every time you visit the store...and JCPenney if you are going to send out coupons threw email can you make them so your employers can scan them easily or send management a email of the coupons you have out to print so they can scan them from a paper copy? I was in 2 times in one week and waited 20 minutes each time because the poor girl and the check out counter couldn't get the coupon to go threw and it was a different employee each time.
