5 stars!!!!As an avid "google reviews investigator" (prior to going somewhere), I can tell you that I was very concerned with dr cash after reading some of the bad reviews. I personally had an amazing experience. He completed a thourough evaluation of my condition. Some might say he's not annimated in his delivery of information; however, I personally appreciated his adept professionalism. He was prompt, polite and attentive to my input. I would be happy to visit his office again if the need arises.

I can not believe anyone would have a bad experience with Dr. Cash. He was the on call doctor after my daughter's tonsillectomy and he was so kind to a couple of parents who were worried about whether our daught was recovering properly after the surgery. He met us at the hospital, introduced himself as David and proceded to be so unbelievably sweet to our frightened seven year old little girl. She was fine and Dr. Cash could not have been nicer to us even though we made him leave a basketball game. We felt awful about ruining his night, but he never seemed frustrated with us, all the while playing and comforting our daughter I cant say enough nice things about him. I would recommend highly recommend him.

Yeah i was seen here today and all i gotta say is what A STUPIDD DOCTOR (David Cash) Like did you even finish doctor school ??!! Bahaha probably dident even get a REAL DEGREE!! Everyone. i came up here for long term ear promblem And He Gonna Say Its Not My Ears REALLY?! HE DIDENT EVEN LOOK IN MY EARS. Dont waste your time coming up here they wont even see your issue!! #Stupid Doctor. #wastedTime

I was scheduled for an appt., with Dr. David Cash in the North Little Rock office on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 10:30a.m.. I arrived early. The receptionist told me they showed no appt., for me. I asked her if she was kidding. She said no. Really upset me. I'm having problems and need to be seen. Tuesday is my only day off and I wasted valuable time going to an appt., that wasn't in their system. Incompetent person didn't do their job properly and I am the one that suffers. The receptionist then asked what the problem is that I am having. There are at least 5 people in the waiting room. Do I need to talk about it in front of a bunch of people. I think not. I like my privacy. I just told her to give me my stuff back and I would not be back. My time is VERY valuable and I don't have time for incompetence. Consider me very dissatisfied that I was put in this position.
