Everybody was always friendly and courteous. Never had a long wait for scheduled appointments. They kept me well informed and always answered my emails. I would highly recommend them.

Had appointment 2 weeks after release from hospital to have contrast cistogram according to nurse at baptist hospital. Made it to my appointment and the nurses at the clinic had no clue why I was there or what was even supposed to be done (they assumed it was routine Foley removal until I told them why I was there). Was told I would be contacted the next day to schedule another appointment to do the contrast, I called them back four days later and am still waiting for a call back.
