Everyone we come in contact with at the clinic is friendly and helpful. Dr Baker and Nurse Practitioner Deborah are absolutely great!!! So blessed to have such a caring clinic to take care of my children.

If I could give zero stars, sadly I would. I have been coming here for 10+ years. The wait once you get to a room is often long. The staff is very nice but their priorities are out of line. I came in one day very sick and dizzy, seeing as I was older than 10, multiple parents brought in children and babies and I was the last to be seen. I wait over an hour to be called back every time I go. There are babies that come(simply for a checkup) in an hour into me waiting and have priority over me (truly sick). Although the staff is nice, would not recommend to anyone.

They work for money not the well beings an health of your child! The Staff aren't nice an are very rude! They turned away mmy disabled son because I had a missed appointment balance on another child of mine! They will never step foot back in this doctors office again and I will proudly share with who ever not to waste there time going there!

Im livid, switched to your office back in august due to moving to the area . my daughter has been under mental heath care for 6 years never have I ever had an issue getting a referral for any of her mental heath testings in the past until we started using your office . needed a referral for autism testing and you flat out declined the referral . we have been working for months to get the testing and had a referral from her prior pcp for Dennis developmental but have been on the waiting list for 6 months finally found someone who would get us right in for the testing and all we lacked was your referral/ prescription and your office declined the referral . Im disgusted . now we are back to square one .

I had a day full of empty promises that were never even partially fulfilled. I call around 9 am because my wife & 4.5 month old daughter were both sick. I was going to have to take my wife to prime care & asked for a referral from A P because the A.P would be closed by the time I got home. I called they said WE WILL call you right back & at 2pm the call have not been returned as promised so I call them back at 2 pm for the referral to take my sick infant to prime care as A P would be closed @ again I was promised they would fax my daughters referral to prime care so my infant daughter could be seen. The promised referral never happened either. Now my sick daughter is still untreated. I'm upset because a building full of professionals promised me 2 times today & it never happened. I only work in construction but when I say I will do something than I either actually do it or I don't have a job any longer. So thanks for the 2 lies & unprofessional approach to my infant daughters care.
