Usually when I go there I'm in and out. It really depends on the time of day you go. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there is one lady by the name of either Janis or Janet, who always seems to have a problem helping me.

I can not speak for other people's comments on here but the service that I received at this location has been great, so great that I come right pass the Sherwood location to come here, I have had great customer service from each of the employees that are working there, and will continue to go there bc Sherwood. location is F up.

April was fantastic. Made my DMV experience a breeze. She handled several of my problems with expertise.

There was a very rude woman working there, I think her name was Jessica. Her name tag was a Razorback. When I said I didn't want to make a payment for delinquent taxes on my phone in front of everyone, she looked at her coworker and exclaimed about people having the devil in them. Really? Insulting someone over privacy concerns is not good customer service. I told a coworker about my experience, and she just knew this had happened at this location.

All the older women are rude for no apparent reason.. Please higher new workers because it’s obvious they don’t like they jobs.

Well I must say I shouldn't have waited until the last minute to renew my tags and license the same day especially since it was so crowded however the employees were pleasant and moved the crowd better than I expected. I will continue to do business there because of the convenience of the location being close to my job/home & my experience that day. I would also like to send a special thanks to the young lady who waited on me personally. Great customer service from beginning to end. Greatly appreciated!

Very good place for completing tax assessment and renewing license plate.

Okay, not to long a wait about 20 minutes. Went in to get my tags, the Customer Services Representative who assisted me was very kind, and courteous. She made my experience  smooth, and easy. I was very satisfied with her.

Got My TAG!  I am OFFICIALLYYYYYYY AN ARKANSAN!!!! Convenient, simple, got it done!

Long wait because only one person working for several hours.  Why have all those work spaces for only 2 people.  VERY slow govt employees.  You can tell they get paid by the hour!  Recommend going elsewhere if you can.
